Everything you need to know before your appointment—what to bring, what to expect, and a few simple things to make the shoot more enjoyable for everyone.

Appointment & Arrival
  • Please arrive at the studio on time for your scheduled appointment.
    The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes. In the event of a longer delay, the appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Please bring clean, ironed clothing.
    If possible, we recommend changing at the studio so that your clothes do not get wrinkled on the way.
  • For maternity shoots, please bring underwear (bra and panties) in cream, white, and black.
  • If shoes are to be visible in the photos, the soles must be completely clean. Please bring the shoes with you to the studio.
  • If you prefer specific poses or a particular style, feel free to select and send your favorite reference images before the shoot.
  • Practicing in front of a mirror can help you feel more confident and relaxed during the shoot.
Please do not take photos or videos with your own mobile phone or camera during the shoot, as this can interfere with the lighting and the professional flow of the session.
  • The number of images included in each package refers to the final, edited digital images.
  • The photos are delivered in high-quality JPG format.
  • RAW files are not included in the studio packages but can be purchased separately for an additional fee.
  • Prints and photo enlargements are charged separately.
  • With the exception of events and weddings, edited photos are generally delivered within 2–3 weeks of the final image selection.
  • For birthday shoots, we recommend scheduling the session a few days before the actual birthday if you would like the photos ready by that date. Ideally, the appointment should be booked at least two weeks in advance.
  • Please bring a bag for used diapers.
  • Using deodorant before the shoot is recommended.
  • These simple measures ensure a smooth process and contribute to a better result.
  • A deposit of at least 30% is required to confirm the appointment.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
  • Cancellation of the booked appointment is not possible.
    The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a no-show.
  • Appointments may be changed up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to prior agreement.
  • Once this deadline has passed, the appointment can no longer be changed or rescheduled.

  • The ideal time for a newborn photoshoot is 5–14 days after birth.
  • It is recommended to bathe the baby before the appointment so they are more relaxed.
  • Please bring 2–3 diapers, milk or baby formula, a pacifier, a blanket or comforting object, a changing mat, and a bag for used diapers.
  • For maternity shoots, you can bring along ultrasound images, baby shoes, and a baby outfit if you would like to incorporate them into the photos.
  • For wedding shoots, we recommend bringing rings, bridal jewelry, a watch, perfume, and sunglasses.
